The Lahey Clinic Medical Center has selected Fuji Medical Systems’ Synapse as the PACS system for its Burlington, MA, facility, and three affiliated outpatient facilities. The center also plans to deploy the Web-based product to its referring physician base, said Dr. Anna Chacko, chairman of radiology at the clinic. In addition to Synapse, Lahey has purchase several CR readers as well as the company’s FCR 5501ES digital chest system.
