Kodak signs on Memorial Health System

Eastman Kodak will be providing its computed radiography and PACS equipment to Memorial Health System in South Bend, IN. The health system, which conducts about 120,000 imaging procedures a year at its main hospital and outpatient center, purchased three DirectView CR 900 and two DirectView CR 800 systems, according to Rochester, NY-based Kodak.

As part of its new Kodak PACS network, Memorial Health System will provide Web-based access to users in its hospital and outpatient center, as well as remote physicians' offices, according to Memorial's chief information officer, Wayne Fisher.
