InSiteOne to store data for Louisiana hospitals

Digital image storage firm InSiteOne of Wallingford, CT, has sold its services to a Louisiana hospital association covering more than 157 hospitals in the state.

ShareCor, a joint venture of the Louisiana Hospital Association and the Metropolitan Hospital Council of New Orleans, has endorsed InSiteOne’s archiving service, InDex. The agreement allows ShareCor members to access InSiteOne’s array of medical image storage, archiving, and distribution technology services, and to begin digitally storing images and retrieving them for viewing at clinical workstations.

InSite One's InDex service stores and archives medical images for short- or long-term storage and retrieval, providing real-time access from a physician’s office, imaging center, or home office.
