Sectra nabs large Norwegian PACS, RIS orders

Swedish PACS vendor Sectra-Imtec has received a large-scale PACS and RIS order from the Mid-Norway Health Region, covering nine hospitals in central Norway. The network, valued at $6 million (U.S.), will be installed beginning next year, the Linkoping-based firm said.

Also in Norway, Sectra will provide its PACS and RIS network to the county of Ă˜stfold, which comprises five hospitals. Sectra values this sale at approximately $4 million.
