Display provider BarcoView has signed a three-year, multimillion contract to supply Agfa-Gevaert of Mortsel, Belgium, with its MGD line of 21-inch high-resolution grayscale displays, graphics controllers, and calibration software.
The agreement expands a previous supply deal for Kortrijk, Belgium-based BarcoView's color displays, which were used in Agfa's Impax ultrasound miniPACS application. Deliveries under the new contract are underway in Europe, with shipments to the U.S. and southeast Asia in progress, according to Barco.
