PACS firm Merge eFilm reported fiscal 2002 fourth-quarter revenues of $6.7 million, up 47% compared with the $4.5 million reported in the fourth quarter of 2001. For the period (end-December 31, 2002), the Milwaukee-based firm had net income of $1.2 million, a 93% increase compared with net income of $682,000 in the same period last year.
For the year 2002, the company reported net income of $3.6 million on $20.7 million in revenues, a 200% increase compared with net income of $1.2 million for fiscal 2001. The firm said its 2003 revenue guidance is anticipated to be in the range of $27 million to $28 million.
