Eastman Kodak Health Group has received a PACS and IT services order from West Penn Allegheny Health System in Pittsburgh.
Kodak will be providing its CareStream PACS network, as well as enterprise information management, project management, data migration, and RIS integration services, according to the Rochester, NY-based firm.
The contract is a five-year operating lease, with the health system paying for equipment and service on a usage basis, Kodak said. Implementation is under way, and the RIS/PACS network is expected to be operational at all three system hospitals this fall, according to the vendor.
