Radiology IT developer NovaRad has received a contract for its NovaPACS product from Lakeview Hospital in Stillwater, MN.
The product installation is being completed in two phases, the company said. The first phase, completed at the end of January, encompassed installing NovaPACS, the NovaPACS Archive and Web Server, and 10 workstations at Lakeview Hospital, as well as integrating the PACS with the hospital's RIS.
Phase two involves extending NovaPACS to LakeView's integrated clinic partner, Stillwater Medical Group. More workstations will be added and the PACS will be integrated with the clinic's electronic medical record (EMR) system, according to the American Fork, UT-based firm.
