Merge hit with another class action lawsuit

Merge Healthcare is the target of a class action lawsuit by the law firm of Cohen, Milstein, Hausfeld & Toll.

The complaint, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, charges Merge and certain Merge executive officers with violations of federal securities laws. The Washington, DC-based law firm said it filed the lawsuit on behalf of its client and on behalf of purchasers of Merge securities between August 2, 2005, and March 16, 2006.

Milwaukee-based Merge is also the subject of additional recent class action lawsuits by the law firms of Ademi & O'Reilly, Berman DeValerio Pease Tabacco Burt & Pucillo, Pomerantz Haudek Block Grossman & Gross, Spector Roseman & Kodroff, and Schiffrin & Barroway.
