Storage firm EMC has launched a managed services portfolio.
The portfolio includes Residency Services, which provides onsite EMC professional services personnel. Another service, Managed Utility Service, combines onsite services with asset procurement, according to the Hopkinton, MA-based firm.
The third service, Storage Management Services, brings EMC technology solutions personnel to customer sites to provide storage management support, EMC said.
