PACS provider Raypax North America said it will be releasing a new family of PACS products, Raypax Net, in the U.S. in June.
The La Mirada, CA-based firm reported that the new product line changes its existing client/server architecture to a fully bidirectional model that permits workflow to occur on both a local intranet as well as the external Internet.
The product collection includes Raypax Net Server Platform, which provides workflow and data management; Raypax Web, which allows clinical access to patient exams via internal and external networks; and Raypax Lite Viewer, image viewing software that receives, sends, and forwards DICOM files and supports multiple-monitor viewing and DICOM printing.
