Ashva will bring DICOM CD Station to its exhibit in Chicago for this year's RSNA show.
DICOM CD Station is a PC-based DICOM CD station that can query/retrieve DICOM images from an existing PACS network or from multiple modalities, according to the Chennai, India-based vendor. Multiple users can concurrently access and store images on a local database and automatically write them onto CD/DVD media (which include a built-in DICOM viewer), Ashva said.
Customized labeling of burned CD/DVDs can also be performed automatically. In addition, users can search the patient database for locating the burned CD/DVD of a particular patient, Ashva said.
Ashva will also demonstrate PACS-iT, a PC-based DICOM converter that acquires single-frame images/cine loops from any non-DICOM modality and converts them to DICOM format for integration with an existing RIS/PACS network.
