Eisys will reintroduce its mobile cart and also debut a vertical-travel LCD arm at this year's RSNA show in Chicago.
Eisys' mobile cart has been upgraded, featuring changes in appearance and flexibility, according to the Birmingham, AL-based firm. It features single- and dual-head capability, as well as a manual height-adjust feature. In addition, the dual monitors now will have an available LCD arm extension for horizontal movement, allowing surgeons to better position the displays for viewing.
It's designed for the operating room and other clinical settings and applications throughout the hospital, Eisys said.
In acknowledgement of radiologists' request for vertical movement of their monitors, Eisys is also introducing a vertical-travel LCD arm. This arm also provides for in and out movement, left and right waggling, and tilting, Eisys said. It can be mounted to the firm's Floating Rail product or directly to the work top.
