Swedish PACS vendor Sectra has introduced a new version of its Control Tower, a management tool designed to optimize workflow and resource utilization in radiology departments.
Control Tower now provides live reports that provide department managers with an overview of selected performance statistics such as current queue lengths, patient waiting times, and resource usage, according to the Linköping-based firm. The new version runs in a Web browser, and can create special reports for certain occasions, Sectra said.
