Image management developer Vivalog Technologies of Seattle will be showcasing its MyPACS Enterprise Reference Case Manager application at next week's 2006 RSNA conference in Chicago.
The tool creates a more streamlined interface for creating reference cases and teaching files from exams in a PACS, according to Vivalog.
Cases added to the repository can be accessed from any Web browser by drilling down through anatomy and pathology categories, or using the company's CaseFinder search engine. Cases are displayed using the firm's patent-pending Ajax for Imaging case viewer. Images are automatically resized to fit the viewing window, and users may zoom in and pan images in real-time, the vendor said.
Vivalog said it will be demonstrating the technology integrated with Agfa Healthcare's Impax PACS in the Greenville, SC-based firm's exhibit space at the conference.
