MedLink International, the parent company of teleradiology provider MedLink VPN, has signed an agreement with Florida-based imaging center operator Signet Diagnostic Imaging Services.
Under the terms of the agreement, Signet will utilize MedLink VPN to deliver radiology reports and related DICOM images from its 16 radiology centers in Florida to its more than 17,000 associated physician offices, according to Islandia, NY-based MedLink.
Referring physicians will also utilize a version of the firm's electronic healthcare record (EHR) application, MedLink EHR lite, to generate an electronic health record of each patient who is referred to Signet.
