Radiology informatics and advanced visualization developer Merge Healthcare said it will showcase its 64-bit capable Fusion PACS GL and Fusion RIS GL applications and introduce new medical specialty software at the European Congress of Radiology (ECR) conference in Vienna next month.
The Milwaukee-based firm said it will demonstrate its Merge Mammo mammography workstation with new features such as full-resolution viewing, algorithm-driven display capabilities to optimize screen real estate, and inverted imaging.
In addition, the company will display two works-in-progress applications at ECR: Merge PET/CT, vendor-neutral software designed to optimize digital reading and reporting for PET/CT studies; and Merge Ortho, software that supports digital image-based surgical planning, templating, archiving, and distribution for joint arthroplasty, trauma, and deformity correction, according to the company.
