Computer peripherals developer Saitek Industries of Torrance, CA, has begun shipping Eclipse Red, a new keyboard with red backlighting for use in low-light applications like radiology reading rooms.
The keyboard's red backlighting shines through laser-etched keys, allowing the keyboard to be easily used in dimly lit corridors or any type of low-light/no-light situation, according to the company. Eclipse Red also includes a weighted base, large rubber feet, and cushioned, silent keys.
