Agfa HealthCare of Mortsel, Belgium, has completed a project to connect existing Impax PACS networks at several U.S. facilities operated by the Department of Defense and Department of Veterans Affairs.
Included in the project were Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC; National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, MD; and the James A. Haley VA Medical Center in Tampa, FL.
Agfa noted that the additions necessary to connect the three PACS were installed in less than a week.
