Eastman Kodak Health Group of Rochester, NY, has inked a co-marketing agreement with MedLink International, the parent company of Islandia, NY-based remote image and report provider MedLink VPN.
Under terms of the deal, MedLink will refer U.S. healthcare facilities interested in purchasing Kodak's Carestream RIS/PACS and information management products and related professional services to the sales force for Kodak Health Group.
In return, Kodak will refer its U.S. diagnostic imaging center customers interested in acquiring MedLink's VPN, which delivers radiology reports and related DICOM images to referring physicians' desktops via a secure network, and electronic health record (EHR) products to MedLink International.
