PACS vendor IMCO Technologies said it has sold an IMCO-PACS teleradiology and storage system to equine surgeon Dr. Stephen Selway.
Selway has bases of operations at Belmont Park Race Track in Elmont, NY, and Gulfstream Race Track in Hallandale Beach, FL, but also performs surgery throughout the equestrian world, according to the Pewaukee, WI-based firm.
The IMCO-PACS installation will provide a one-terabyte central archive, and will be housed at the New York location. Images and reports can then be accessed by Selway over the Web regardless of his location, IMCO said.
