Siemens to distribute Candelis image archive package

Siemens Medical Solutions has brokered an agreement to add Irvine, CA-based medical informatics company Candelis' image archive solution to its product portfolio.

Siemens of Malvern, PA, plans to market ImageGrid Archive Appliance through its global sales and distribution channels. DICOM-compliant, ImageGrid offers storage to accommodate large volumes of data and images generated by imaging modalities such as mammography, CT, molecular imaging, and ultrasound.
