SimonDR launches new software

Veterinary digital radiography developer SimonDR has released version 1.2 of its Whitecap software.

The new release creates true 16-bit images, and includes greater DICOM functionality and compliance, according to the Baltimore-based firm. It can now support the use of measurements as annotations, selective DICOM writing, and faster CD burning, SimonDR said.

Users will also be able to burn annotations during CD burning and DICOM image sending, according to the company.
