Siemens Medical Solutions has added the ImageGrid Archive Appliance product from Irvine, CA-based Candelis to its portfolio, the company said.
ImageGrid is a storage system that accommodates the increasingly larger volumes of data and images generated by modalities such as mammography, CT, molecular imaging, and ultrasound. Siemens will distribute ImageGrid through its global sales and distribution channels, according to the Malvern, PA-based company.
