(Booth 3965) Intuitive Imaging Informatics (I3) will feature enhancements for its Rational Imaging and ImageQube PACS lines at the upcoming RSNA show in Chicago.
The Los Angeles-based firm has expanded the PET fusion features of Rational Imaging, allowing for full-body maximum intensity projection (MIP) and volume region of interest (ROI) capabilities. Also, Rational Imaging can now simultaneously display comparison exams, as well as save annotations, according to I3.
I3 said it has also improved Rational Imaging's mammography reading capabilities. Other enhancements include MIP for MR angiography studies and templates for orthopedic practices, as well as new exam assignment and custom worklist upgrades. A single sign-on functionality has been added via Intuitive's Unison application.
I3 has also added an improved graphical user interface (GUI), support for Sun Microsystems' Solaris 10 operating system, and archive compression at the network-attached storage (NAS) level. Autodiagnostics have been upgraded as well, according to the company.
In addition, the company has upgraded its ImageQube Web-based PACS, incorporating custom hanging protocols and an automated, personal DVD/CD burner capability for Windows users.
