Archiving vendors will bring a range of storage technologies to Chicago this year. As has been the case in recent RSNA meetings, companies will feature scalability and versatility improvements in their product portfolios.
A number of vendors continue to highlight the application service provider (ASP) aspect of their storage offerings, allowing customers to store their data at offsite data centers. These firms will tout the pay-per-study financial convenience and disaster recovery benefits of ASP services as well.
Grid computing technologies are also attracting some interest from vendors, as are archive appliances that can meet a range of customer needs. Whatever your level of storage requirements, there'll be something for you in the exhibit hall at McCormick Place.
