PACS firm American Medical Sales (AMS) of Hawthorne, CA, will display two new PACS products at this month's annual RSNA meeting in Chicago.
AMS will introduce its new MammoVue workstation, which features the company's Catella 4.0 software. MammoVue is designed to view full-sized breast images and perform nondiagnostic tasks, as well as display all annotations and information in any DICOM field. The software has U.S. Food and Drug Administration clearance.
A second model, MammoVue-Plus, includes AMS' film digitizing software for scanning and DICOM tagging of mammography film images.
