Besbeck to resign as Aspyra CEO

Aspyra CEO Steven M. Besbeck is resigning from the Calabasas, CA, company, effective November 30.

Aspyra has named James R. "Skip" Helms as interim chief operating officer (COO) to handle Besbeck's duties while the company searches for a new CEO. Helms has held management positions at the company over the last 24 years.
