Healthcare IT and advanced visualization developer Merge Healthcare of Milwaukee has introduced eFilm Workstation version 3.0, an enhanced version of its desktop diagnostic imaging software.
The eFilm Workstation 3.0 Gold version is available as an update for existing eFilm Workstation customers and features improvements designed to enhance annotation overlay and database capacities, and expand media burning and viewing options.
eFilm Workstation 3.0 Platinum is available as an upgrade for existing eFilm Workstation customers and as standalone software for new customers. It has the same features as the Gold version, as well as additional enhancements such as hanging protocols that enable automatic specification of order and location of images, a hanging protocol builder with support for relevant priors, and visualization services for both server-based and standalone options.
eFilm Workstation 3.0 debuted at the RSNA 2007 meeting last month in Chicago.
