Intuitive Imaging Informatics

(Booth 4665) Intuitive Imaging Informatics (I3) of Bell Canyon, CA, will highlight new mammography and 3D capabilities for its PACS product line at this year's RSNA conference.

Support for mammography has been added to the firm's Rational Imaging PACS offering. Rational Imaging's new templates lay out available image series and are capable of displaying computer-aided detection (CAD) overlays, according to the company. Users can then perform the entire mammography reading process using only the number pad on the keyboard or a mouse.

In other news, I3 will present 3D functionality on its ImageQube Web-based PACS offering. Provided in partnership with Calgary Scientific of Calgary, Alberta, the server-based 3D capability adds on-the-fly 3D rendering using a thin-client approach, I3 said.
