PACS vendor Intelerad Medical Systems of Montreal has agreed to license PACS technology from Acacia Research subsidiary Hospital Systems.
The license agreement covers a patent portfolio that applies to PACS technology, and resolves the firms' dispute in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, according to Acacia of Newport Beach, CA.
