Image management firm Emageon will showcase several new product enhancements at next month's American College of Cardiology (ACC) annual meeting in Orlando.
Version 6.20.1 of its HeartSuite package includes Web-based clinical reporting from any location, easier navigation, and a consistent user interface across all reporting knowledge bases, according to the Birmingham, AL-based vendor.
Emageon said it has also provided integration for HeartSuite ECG, as well as dynamic 3D echocardiography visualization and analysis from TomTec Imaging Systems, advanced nuclear medicine functionality from Invia Medical Imaging Solutions, and CT angiography analysis by TeraRecon.
In other developments, Emageon will highlight HeartSuite Hemo 7.10, which includes concurrent access and documentation, expanded "required items" to improve the quality of data available for data mining and customer customization, and end-tidal CO2 (ETCO2) monitoring for capturing ETCO2 respiration, apnea, and patient temperature during a procedure, the company said.
In addition, Emageon will showcase its Outside Study Gateway offering for providing access to imaging studies performed at other facilities. The company also will demonstrate integration of HeartSuite with version 4.0 of the American College of Cardiology-National Cardiovascular Data Registry (ACC-NCDR) CathPCI Registry, as well as works-in-progress enhancements to HeartSuite Vericis and Hemodynamics.
