PACS technology provider Neurostar Solutions of Atlanta has changed its name to AccelaRad.
The new name reflects the company's focus on software-based services engineered to accelerate the success of radiology groups, according to AccelaRad.
AccelaRad said it provides a software model for the delivery of radiology services through its Virtual Radiology Network (VRN), which delivers radiology reading and clinical image management services through various networks and telecommunications infrastructure, including the Internet.
