RIS/PACS developer Image Technology Laboratories (ITL) said it will transfer its stock listing from the Over the Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB) to the electronic pink sheets.
The Kingston, NY-based vendor's stock will trade under the symbol "IMTL.PK." ITL said it made the decision to shift its stock listing due to the increased burdens placed upon small companies by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.
