NCD Medical of Eastlake, OH, is offering to scan medical records into digital document images at no cost to help healthcare facilities qualify for stimulus reimbursement credits through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).
The converted document images will be stored and can be accessed using NCD's eWIX Web repository service.
The ARRA is designed to encourage the deployment of electronic health records (EHR) across the U.S., with more than $19 billion available to qualifying healthcare providers.
