Infinitt Korea, the business partner of RIS/PACS vendor Infinitt North America of Phillipsburg, NJ, has created a joint venture with Toshiba Medical Systems of Otawara, Japan, for sales of Toshiba products in South Korea.
The pact gives TI Medical Systems (Toshiba-Infinitt Medical Systems) exclusive distribution rights for Toshiba medical equipment throughout the country.
Charles Ju, the former CEO of BarcoView Korea, a subsidiary of monitor provider Barco of Kortrijk, Belgium, has been appointed CEO of the new company.
