PACS accessories firm PACSGear of Pleasanton, CA, has added MediaWriter D35, a single drive robotic CD/DVD burner for imaging centers and departments, to its product portfolio.
MediaWriter D35 uses the Primera Bravo SE Disc Publisher to burn and print DICOM CDs/DVDs from any Web browser.
The Bravo SE has a single CD/DVD drive and a capacity of 20 disks, giving imaging centers and outlying departments DICOM distribution capability.
PACSGear plans to launch the product at next month's Society for Imaging Informatics in Medicine (SIIM) annual meeting in Charlotte, NC.
