A subsidiary of patent holding company Acacia Research of Newport Beach, CA, has signed a license agreement with Sectra North America that covers a portfolio of patents that apply to PACS technology.
The agreement resolves a dispute between Acacia's subsidiary, Hospital Systems, and Sectra that was pending in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, according to Acacia.
