Healthcare information systems firm McKesson has installed its Horizon Medical Imaging PACS software at Good Samaritan Hospital in Kearney, NE.
The implementation is the first step in a nationwide plan by Catholic Health Initiatives to convert from an existing PACS network to McKesson PACS software by 2011, according to McKesson of Atlanta. McKesson also installed its cardiovascular information system.
