Imaging informatics firm Viztek of Jacksonville, FL, has been chosen by In Her Image of West Caldwell, NJ, to provide PACS, RIS, and billing products for a new women's imaging facility.
In Her Image will perform digital mammography, dual-energy x-ray absorptiometry, breast ultrasound, and biopsies at the location, which is set to open within the next month.
Viztek's Opal-Rad PACS is designed for full-scale mammography viewing, eliminating the need for separate workstations for different modalities and enabling a single image database for all exam report management.
