Storage management firm QStar Technologies of Mary Esther, FL, has partnered with Panasonic to support that company's Advanced Disc for Archive (ADA) Blu-ray storage technology.
ADA technology is applicable to digital archives across a range of industries. QStar and Panasonic have created a network-attached DICOM Store appliance to focus on major OEMs in the medical PACS and imaging market.
QStar Technologies' QStar Healthcare division will highlight the new joint ADA storage solution in its booth at the upcoming RSNA conference later this month, according to QStar.
