PACS vendor Visbion has announced a partnership with Hitachi Data Systems of Santa Clara, CA, to provide DICOM interfaces for Hitachi disk storage systems.
The partnership will permit hospitals to store all types of images directly into the Hitachi disk systems, as well as enable query and retrieval of those images from either a workstation or PACS, the Bisley, U.K.-based company said.
