Integrated Document Solutions (IDS) of Fort Lauderdale, FL, has launched smartphone applications that enable medical staff and administrators to perform numerous tasks.
The newly launched apps support iPhone, BlackBerry, Android, and Windows Mobile devices. They include:
- Mobile AbbaDox, a workflow and sign-off application allowing radiologists to review and electronically sign reports, listen to original voice dictations, and scroll through various workflow bins.
- Mobile CRM, a business analytics and referral management tool that provides sales and marketing teams with live reporting data on referring physician ordering patterns, the effectiveness of the radiology organization's ability to turnaround reports, and detailed notes about previous interactions with providers.
