Teleradiology services provider NightHawk Radiology Services said it will close un-needed offices in San Francisco and Austin, TX, and lay off approximately 35 employees.
A portion of its office facility in Coeur d'Alene, ID, will also be closed as part of a plan to reduce operating costs. The moves will incur restructuring costs of approximately $1.1 million, but will result in an estimated reduction in annual operating costs of approximately $4 million, NightHawk said.
