Private equity firm Providence Equity Partners has completed its buyout of teleradiology services provider Virtual Radiologic for approximately $294 million in cash.
Under the terms of the agreement, Virtual Radiologic stockholders will receive $17.25 in cash for each share of common stock. With the acquisition, the Minneapolis-based firm's stock will no longer trade on the Nasdaq stock exchange.
