Teleradiology services provider StatRad of Poway, CA, has launched Stat360, a new offering that combines teleradiology services with PACS and support from virtual radiology assistants to support daytime reading services.
Stat360 offers radiology groups a centralized worklist across disparate software platforms and multiple sites, as well as live virtual assistants, fast data transfer rates, and an integrated reporting module with voice recognition, according to the company.
Radiology assistants can optimize radiology workflow by facilitating phone calls, gaining access to referring physicians, and acquiring patient records and images. As a result, there is no need for radiologists to hire onsite staff, and radiologists can focus on reading studies, the company said.
StatRad said that Stat360 enables customers of the company's after-hours teleradiology service to now provide remote reading services during the day.
