Imaging services firm Alliance Imaging of Newport Beach, CA, has taken a majority interest in a California teleradiology services provider.
Radiology 24/7 of San Diego provides subspecialty final reads across all modalities to clients in 16 states, according to Alliance. The firm will be fully integrated into Alliance's operations by the end of the year, Alliance said.
