Laurel Bridge debuts new Compass app

Software developer Laurel Bridge Software has introduced a new version of its Compass DICOM store-and-forward routing application.

The new release features the addition of Throughput Optimization Protocol Service (TOPS), a custom protocol for transmitting DICOM images over the Internet or wide area networks, according to the Newark, DE-based firm.
