Medical informatics firm TeraMedica Healthcare Technology of Milwaukee has installed its Evercore product for the Wisconsin Integrated Information Technology and Telemedicine Systems (WIITTS).
The deployment is a joint venture between Dean Clinic and SSM Health Care of Wisconsin and lays the groundwork for connection to the Wisconsin State Health Information Network.
Evercore is designed to integrate and manage patient information in clinical and research settings across multiple sites, including standard medical DICOM objects, and manage and distribute beyond DICOM using global standards such as MPEG, JPEG, PDF, and other content, such as treatment plans for cancer care or vital reports in nonstandard formats.
