Ultrasound image management firm Digisonics of Houston reported that it has achieved a 92% support-contract renewal rate in fiscal year 2010.
Digisonics Prima Support contracts provide DigiView and OB-View/OB-Windows customers with periodic software upgrades and release notes, as well as customer support in both clinical and IT areas, consultation and troubleshooting on system-level issues, and site configuration changes.
